Sundays in Florence

Since most shops are closed on Sundays, we decided to have a relaxing day in the room and by the pool. 

Made lunch - an Italian spin on my favorite American sandwich. Grilled cheese! nomnom Made it with pesto, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes with a side of leftover pasta from last night. So delicious. 

After we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and watched the Italy vs Spain soccer game, pretending that I actually knew what the hell was going on, but they lost ! :( 

Sort of a chill day so not much to talk about - first day of classes today! and its John's 21st Birthday! So we will see what today brings
