Last Week in Florence!

This trip went way to fast! How did this happen ?!  Our last week in Florence.

Monday – Class and sleeping the rest of the day since we were still recovering from the weekend. Greek food for dinner!

Tuesday- We woke up early for some sightseeing! We climbed to the top of the Duomo in Florence. The views were incredible even after climbing over 400 steps!

Class and traditional Tuesday Mexican Happy Hour with some people from my class!

Wednesday- Class and our farewell dinner from school. The dinner was so terrible I cant even think of it. Then studied the rest of the night for my final in the morning

Thursday- LAST DAY OF CLASS! But the final L   The final went well and I did really good in the class and afterwards we went out as a class for Gelato! Later we went to dinner at Aqua 2! Such a good meal.

 THIS RIGHT HERE MIGHT BE MY FAVORITE MEAL! THE STEAK SAMPLER! First was a steak in balsamic reduction, then a steak, arugula, parmesan, tomato on focaccia. AND THE FINALE! Steak covered in a blueberry reduction. One of the most amazing things I have ever eaten!

And finally the dessert sampler! Tiramisu, chocolate cake, fruit tart and a mascarpone cheesecake!
