Originally we were supposed to go to Sienna on Saturday but our tour was booked and we got confused so instead we had another lazy day. We cleaned, went food shopping etc. And cooked dinner of course! My cooking skills are improving but my vodka sauce was still not as great as my moms, which is pretty fantastic.
I made vodka sauce, chicken cutlets and spinach. If I havent mentioned it I will now, we only have ONE hot plate. So this whole meal took almost 2 and 1/2 hours to make. Woooo!
